From 2015 to 2020, Vietnam must reach the target of having 2 million then 5 million enterprises. This is the goal set by PhD Vu TienLoc – Chairman of Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI).
In fact, there have been only around 500.000 businesses, operating all over the country. Therefore, reaching that goal seems to be impossible in the current business start-up environment. However, with a dynamic economy and youthful population, this is totally reasonable.
The most crucial factor to achieve the target is the widespread of business-starting spirit in the society. Along with that, Vietnam Television will broadcast a weekly thematic TV program named “Start-up”, which focus on best practical business start-up moderns, recommendations and comments on the legal framework to improve the investment and business environment so as to enhance the development of a business society.
