Following frequent partners from China, the Philippines, and Bangladesh, recently, an Iranian partner has pledged a 100,000 ton import contract with southern exporters. Positive signs, Vietnamese rice exporters expect that this year's rice export turnover will be able to surpass 5.6 million tons and continue its positive growth through 2018.
