On Tuesday, Deputy Prime Minister Phuc met with China’s Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli. At the meeting, Deputy Prime Minister Phuc stressed that Vietnam appreciated and wanted to develop the comprehensive strategic partnership between the two countries. He also asked China to create more favourable conditions for Vietnamese goods to enter China, and boost Chinese investment in Vietnam in the coming time.
Chinese Vice Premier Zhang Gaoli congratulated Vietnam on its achievements over the past 30 years since the Doi Moi Renovation period. He also said that China valued relations and pledged to make efforts to develop the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic partnership. After the meeting, the two leaders witnessed the signing of several co-operation agreements.
