These included a joint vision on agricultural co-operation; diplomatic notes on Japan providing Vietnam with 28.6 billion yen worth of ODA to develop Cho Ray Hospital, and 200 billion yen in ODA to ensure maritime safety in 2015.
There were also Memorandums of Understanding between the ministries of Defence, Coast Guards, between Vietnam’s Ministry of Education and Training and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries; and Vietnam’s Vietjet Air Corporation and Tokyo - Mitsubishi Bank of Japan.
