In the South Central provinces where offshore fishing, especially tuna, is strong, this issue is more pressing. After docking, all fishermen have to fill in a journal so that a coordination office can check and verify their catch. Almost all provinces in the region have monitored and traced seafood. In cases where fishery diaries are not recorded and no exploitation reports are made, representative offices shall make sanctioning records according to the law in the fishery domain.
