The two sides agreed that the strategic partnership between Vietnam and the UK is developing positively and comprehensively in various fields, especially economics, trade, investment, education, and training. They expressed their belief that Vietnam and the UK will expand and deepen bilateral collaboration in the years to come.
Prince Andrew hailed the country’s rapid development, as well as cooperation with the UK in the field of education. He expressed his hope that the UK University project in the central city of Da Nang would make progress in the near future, adding that he is willing to support Vietnamese businesses to connect with the globe via electronics and informatics systems. The Duke also revealed plans to visit Vietnam later this year.
