President Quang urged the member states to enhance technical support and capacity improvement to enjoy the benefits brought about by the deal, and expressed his belief that the TPP's implementation would promote widespread economic connectivity among 12 member states and the Asia-Pacific countries. The leaders showed their determination to accelerate the deal, considering it an important channel to deepen regional connectivity and establish the Free Trade Area of the Asia-Pacific.
