Ballet lovers in Hanoi had a chance to enjoy classic ballets such as Giselle and Paquita. Vietnamese artists from the Hanoi College of Art also performed with the Capitole Concert troupe. Over the past 20 years, Toulouse has assisted Hanoi in major projects, including the preservation and maintenance of Hanoi's Old Quarter, urban planning and management, and cultural and art exchanges.
