VTV.vn - 7 ambassadors to Vietnam will tour Son Doong Cave in the central province of Quang Binh from May 11th to the 17th.

The 7 ambassadors hail from Australia, the UK, Sweden, Italy, Canada, the Czech Republic, and Argentina. All of them are looking forward to this experience. This is an opportunity to promote Vietnam's beauty abroad.

In preparation for the 7-day trip, the ambassadors had to undergo a health check, and brush up on their adventure travel skills in order to explore the largest cave in the world. The trip is a good chance to show foreigners what Vietnam is really like.

Pham Sanh Chau, Director, Department of External Culture and UNESCO, Ministry of Foreign Affairs said: The ambassadors are the best bridge to promote the beauty of Son Doong to their countries and their people.

The tour to Son Doong Cave is world-class, with a ticket price of up to 3,000 USD per person. Many tourists have to book several months or even a year in advance to enjoy the beauty of this spectacular cave. In 2015, only 500 tourists explored the destination.
