For the first time, an international hot air balloon show was organized in Hue for two days on May 4th and 5th, as part of Hue Festival 2016. The event drew a lot of attention from tourists and locals, which suggests that it could be a new tourism product that companies in the tourism sector may consider to enrich their tourism services.
Hot air balloons provide tourists a chance to enjoy an aerial view of Hue City from a height of 150 metres. This is a new way to add to the available tourism services in Hue City, thus contributing to the development of local tourism.
