At a reception for the ambassador in Hanoi on Wednesday, Trong also praised Laos’ achievements in various areas and expressed his belief that under the leadership of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, its people would see further success in national renewal and development.
Ambassador Somphone Sichaleune in turn pledged to continue fostering the special relationship between Laos and Vietnam.
