Feedback for draft document on environmental protection

This is the main point of the draft document submitted to the 12^th National Party Congress, aiming towards socio-economic development in the next 5 years. It also shows the Party’s special attention to environmental protection, which is one of the keys to sustainable development.

 Environmental pollution still persists in a number of craft centers, industrial parks, and river basins. Despite higher punishment levels, the number of violations since 2011 has yet to reduce. The draft document pointed out mistakes in resource management and the lack of consistency in mechanisms and policies.
