WEF releases report on future careers in ASEAN

The survey was conducted with the help of 56,000 ASEAN citizens aged from 15 to 35. Nearly 6% of the respondents said they had lost their jobs because their skills were no longer suitable or were replaced by technology. About half of the respondents said that they will have to constantly update their skills throughout their lives. According to a representative of VNG Group, many businesses are having difficulties finding experts who are good enough to train their employees. Investing in building a team of excellent training experts will be the priority of many businesses in the future.
