The Krong No Geopark or Dak Nong Geopark is on the list of 11 nominated sites that will be submitted to UNESCO. Archaeologists have been surveying the Krong No volcanic cave since 2007. It is considered a rare cave thanks to its unique lava stalactites.
UNESCO is expected to announce the final results next April.
