Vietnam exports steel to Canada for the first time
VTV.vn - The first Vietnamese steel export was shipped Canada last week. 5,000 tonnes of Pomina steel from Vietnam have been exported.
As Canada is considered a strict market which Vietnam has had difficulty accessing in the past, this shipment is considered an early success for Vietnamese exports.
The steel products have been tested to meet international standards, including the Canada Standards Association (CSA) as well as the LEEDs certification for green design.
