In fewer than 2 days, the 2015 United Nations Climate Change Conference, or COP 21, will take place in Paris, France. As one of the countries most affected by climate change, Vietnam has made a big effort to reduce its environmental impact and ensure socio-economic development.
According to Vietnam’s report on the impact of climate change, set to be discussed at COP 21, by 2030 Vietnam will suffer from a decrease in GDP of 3-5 percent. Vietnam is therefore determined to work with the international community to build mechanisms to fight climate change.
