Chairman of the Central Committee of the Vietnam Fatherland Front Nguyen Thien Nhan and Deputy PM Truong Hoa Binh released the document in a conference today.
The Ministry of Home Affairs, Vietnam Fatherland Front and veterans have joined hands to conduct surveys on 15,000 citizens across 3 major cities and provinces. These surveys assessed the effectiveness of 6 popular documents frequently encountered by citizens, namely the Citizen ID, Land Ownership Certificate, Construction Permit, Marriage Certificate and Birth Certificate. The results showed that citizens were happier with birth and marriage certificates than with other documents. The satisfaction level was at 70-90% for marriage certificates.
