PM sends condolences to families of victims in UK

VTV.vn -Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc from Bangkok sent his deep condolences to the bereaved families.

Right after the Vietnamese Embassy in the UK and the Foreign Ministry reported that the police of Essex announced there were Vietnamese people, yet unidentified, in the incident that saw 39 people dead in a lorry in a region northeast of London, Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc from Bangkok sent his deep condolences to the bereaved families.

The PM instructed the Ministry of Public Security and the Foreign Ministry to immediately send a working team headed by their leading officials to the UK to work with authorities there and do the related work.

The leader also asked the administrations of the localities which are home to the bereaved families to take suitable measures and encourage them to soon overcome the huge losses.
