Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc from Bangkok sent his deepest condolences to the bereaved families after the Vietnamese Embassy in the UK and the Foreign Ministry reported Essex police’s announcement that there were Vietnamese people among 39 people who were found dead in a lorry in Northeast London.
Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc asked the Ministry of Public Security and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to immediately send a working team headed by their leading officials to the UK to cooperate with its authorities. The Prime Minister also asked local administrations to help the bereaved families overcome their great losses.
