From November 4th, a low-pressure area in the East Sea is expected to grow into a tropical depression. There will be heavy rain in provinces from Da Nang to Ninh Thuan in the next two days. Rainfall per day is forecast from 100-150mm, reaching 200 mm in some areas.
Rivers from Quang Nam to Ninh Thuan will be flooded, therefore, mountainous areas in provinces from Quang Nam to Ninh Thuan are at risk of flash floods and landslides, while low-lying, riverside and urban areas are threatened by floods.
