In light of this issue, a new solution was introduced in Ho Chi Minh city recently that involves an online platform that connects scientists with businesses that are looking for technological assistance. The website has attracted almost 400 scientists from universities, institutes and academies all over Vietnam. The website aims to connect 10,000 domestic and international scientists with over 1,000 customer businesses.
