He has requested relevant agencies to ensure absolute security, health, hygiene and safety conditions. Local authorities in Da Nang and Quang Nam have had to speed up preparations. Deputy Prime Minister Pham Binh Minh also urged local authorities to complete the mission of promoting the country and people of Vietnam to international friends attending the APEC 2017 Summit.
