Party Central Committee’s Resolution No.5 recognises the private sector as a crucial economic driver. This group constitutes 90% of Vietnam’s business sector. Private enterprises are also more susceptible to the impact of Industrial Revolution 4.0. Will they be able to transform and innovate in time? The government has a great role to play in answering this question.
