Mekong Delta provinces to cope with tropical depressions

VTV.vn - Two tropical depressions are currently causing bad weather off the eastern coast of Vietnam.

It is forecasted that the one tropical depression will affect coastal provinces of the Mekong Delta. Coastal provinces have called for the fishing vessels to find shelter and make plans to deal with heavy rain and strong wind since Wednesday morning.

By 6 pm on Wednesday, the provinces in the Mekong Delta region finished preparation for dealing with the tropical depression. The sea from Ben Tre to Ca Mau is said to already be experiencing strong winds accompanied by large waves as of Wednesday evening.
