Statement on Japan - Vietnam Relations.
He also expressed appreciation for ODA from Japan in recent years. For his part, President Yamazaki Massaki highly valued the co-operation between Vietnam and Japan in economics, politics, national defence, and especially transport infrastructure. The two leaders agreed on the importance of TPP to both Vietnam and Japan.
