The ministry has proposed removing the licensing of pre-1975 songs because it was considered to be the author's personal property. Management agencies should only intervene and prevent compositions with extremist content that defame the nation, organizations, and individuals. Everyone involved will be polled about the draft decree before it's submitted to the Government for approval.
