The organizer, the British Council in Vietnam, said this residency forms part of the FAMLAB strand of the ongoing Heritage of Future Past project.
The FAMLAB Residency and Concert will reflect indigenous music from the northwest, Central Highlands, and south central regions of Vietnam.
The initiative will also feature Scottish acoustic traditions, including the bodhran drum, harp, and bagpipes, creating a platform for exploring symbiosis and resonances between Vietnam and Scotland’s indigenous music forms.
