Yen Bai’s drug rehab center gives hope to hundreds of addicts

VTV.vn - In the reservoir of the Thac Ba hydroelectric plant in Yen Bai province, there's a drug rehabilitation center that has existed for more than two decades.

As it's separate from the mainland, the only way to get there is to take a boat across a vast lake. Founded in 1992, this rehabilitation center currently has hundreds of drug addicts who have been struggling to give up drugs.
