Many areas are now isolated and submerged in water. In Binh Dinh province thousands of houses are flooded and many crops have been severely damaged. More than 20,000 students were forced to stay home. Due to the bad weather the Binh Dinh provincial military command has mobilized forces to evacuate 210 people to safety.
