Besides opportunities, Vietnam will face some challenges in the labourer market as there will be highly skilled workers coming from other countries to compete. Cao Thang Technical College is the first vocational training centre in Vietnam to receive the ABET cerfiticates from the US to tackle this challenge. This will be the base to increase the number of students who choose vocational training over university education.
