PM Phuc said that Germany, with its technology and experience, could help Vietnam participate in the increasingly fast technologically changing world economy. Minister of Industry and Trade Tran Tuan Anh signed a co-operation agreement with the German federal Rhineland - Palatinate state on environmental technology, chemicals, pharmaceuticals and agriculture sector. Both sides also vowed to lift two-way trade to 20 billion USD from 14 billion USD at present.
