The cultural center in Huổi Châng village, Ẳng Tở commune, Mường Ảng district, Điện Biên province, sponsored by Tấm Lòng Việt Fund (Vietnam Charity Fund) - Vietnam Television and Vietnam Roof Sheet Association, covers an area of nearly 90m2. The cultural center is designed based on the traditional cultural house model.
According to the promoters, the cultural center will be built with innovative technical elements, including a Roman tile roof, Australian technology frame walls, and cement board panels with creative wood patterned siding. FM Trading Company, a member of the Vietnam Roofing Association, is sponsoring the new materials.

Huổi Châng village, Ẳng Tở commune, Mường Ảng district, Điện Biên province, is home to 30 households and 184 residents, all belonging to the H'Mong ethnic group. People in the village mainly rely on agriculture for their livelihood, and they lack access to cultural and entertainment activities. At present, Huổi Châng village needs a community cultural center for community activities, organizing commemorations, or conducting cultural, social, sports and entertainment activities, as well as propaganda on Party policies and state laws. In the past, these activities were mostly held under the narrow floors of the villagers' houses.
Village meetings have to be held in villagers' private houses.
In order to help the villagers have a more spacious and clean place for community activities, the Tấm Lòng Việt Fund has supported the construction of a cultural house in Huổi Châng village, Ẳng Tở commune, Mường Ảng district, Điện Biên province.
The road to Huổi Châng village, Ẳng Tở commune, Mường Ảng district is very rough, so in order to bring materials to the construction site of the cultural house, the organizers had to transport them on slippery roads. However, with great determination, they said they would try to hand over the project to the people for use by the end of 2023. Having its own cultural house will be a first step for Huổi Châng village to develop and overcome difficulties in propaganda work, and in communicating the Party's policies and state laws to the people in the village.
