In a meeting with Deputy Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc in Hanoi on Wednesday, the Deputy PM asked Netherlands to share experiences and support the country in response to climate change.
The deputy prime minister also mentioned the severe drought and salinity in the Mekong Delta. He asked the Netherlands to support Vietnam in dealing with climate change. Minister Heagen confirmed that the country would do their best to help Vietnam to overcome these challenges.
