Living 700 kilometres from home, loneliness and fatigue are unavoidable, and Hieu has wanted to give up many times. Nguyen Van Hieu is one of 20 young volunteer doctors that are working in 13 poor and remote districts across Vietnam. Using their knowledge and expertise, they have been helping residents in remote areas live healthier lives.
