Vinh Long attracts $1bn investment

VTV.vn - Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc told local authorities in Vinh Long Province to quadruple average earnings at an investment promotion conference held in the province on Tuesday morning.

The PM expressed his hope that Vĩnh Long will become a good investment destination as it is changing rapidly.
