Vietnamese workers in Thailand get work permits

VTV.vn - Thailand has allowed Vietnamese in four sectors to register for their 1-year work permits since the beginning of December. This is expected to help ensure rights of those workers when working in the country.

At the moment, Thailand’s government just allows Vietnamese workers of 4 specific jobs to register for legal work permits. Therefore, Vietnamese citizens are being advised to be clear about what sectors they are entitled to work in prior to travelling to Thailand for work.
