The production team' ultimate goal is to foster sa deep-seated love for nature and a shared sense of responsibility to protect Vietnam's wild landscapes.
Surrounded by friends and family in the cozy atmosphere of her Hanoi apartment, Thu Trang tuned in to the second live broadcast of Vietnam Wild Live from Con Dao National Park. Anticipation filled the room as everyone watched the show unfold.
This session focused on the mangrove ecosystem and sea turtles on Hon Bay Canh, home to Vietnam's largest sea turtle nesting site. The live footage of the sea turtles, their nests, eggs, and hatchlings offered viewers a rare opportunity to witness nature up close.
Thu Trang and her friends, who share a love for nature, watch Vietnam Vietnam Wild Live.
Located off Vietnam's southern coast, Con Dao is both a place of historical significance and a sanctuary of untouched forests, clear seas, and abundant wildlife. Through these live broadcasts, viewers can experience the richness and beauty of Vietnam's natural heritage from their own homes.
As an environmental activist focusing on plastic waste, Thu Trang hopes the program will reach even more audiences in Vietnam and abroad - “I want to share this program as widely as possible, especially with young people. I hope it encourages all of us to protect nature, care for the environment, and better appreciate the value that nature brings to our lives. I also hope every young viewer will reflect on what they can do to help protect the environment”.
Meanwhile, after joining the second live broadcast, Vu Viet Hoang, an officer at STG, said it made him want to connect more closely with nature across Vietnam, especially in Con Dao. “I was truly impressed by the message of Vietnam Wild Live”, he said.
Vietnam Wild Live has created an emotional bond with its audience, guiding them toward a deeper understanding of conservation while inspiring love and respect for the natural world through unforgettable, real time moments.
One of the highlights of the second live broadcast was the unexpected sight of two sea turtles showing affection beneath the crystal-clear water. This completely natural moment delighted viewers, who were able to witness the beginning of a new life cycle firsthand.
The scene was not only visually stunning, but also provided powerful evidence that Con Dao remains a safe and peaceful “sanctuary” where many marine species continue to breed and thrive.
Vietnam Wild Live began its live broadcasts on June 25 and continues for five successive days. The final live session will conclude on June 29. It airs live from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM on VTVgo.
