The Vietnamese leader said that he hopes the two central banks and the two countries' banking systems can forge closer cooperation to help further develop the Vietnam - Thailand strategic partnership.
Prime Minister Phuc said Vietnam has recorded many socio-economic achievements but still wants to learn from Thailand's experience in macroeconomic management, the market economy and the banking and financial sector. Governor Veerathai Santiprabhob stated that the two central banks need to cooperate further in finance and banking in order to facilitate economic, trade and investment cooperation between the two countries.
