This is according to the Ministry of Industry and Trade. Vietnam also produces 2 out of 3 of the best rice varieties in the world, a statement that was announced at the recent 9th World Rice Conference held in China. This is thanks to the industry's efforts in complying with the strictest requirements.
Together with AGPPS 103 rice produced by Loc Troi Group in An Giang province, ST24 is the second rice brand in Vietnam to be listed in world’s top 3 rice varieties. This is a great opportunity for Vietnam to promote its rice brand in the future.
