Every year, hundreds of Lao students come to Vietnam to study and many Vietnamese students receive scholarships from the Lao government. In addition, the two countries have also implemented a number of projects to improve the quality of educational institutions in Laos.
In order to further enhance cooperation in the field of education and training, in April this year, the two governments signed a protocol on training cooperation for the period of 2017-2022. Accordingly, the aim of this agreement is to help Laos have higher quality human resources, contributing significantly to the construction, protection and development of Laos.
