These complaints are similar to the Vietnamese complaint against the US anti-dumping actions against Vietnam's shrimp exports, with the final determination coming out in favor of Vietnam. This is Vietnam's fourth complaint to the WTO and is the third one filed against the United States. All of these cases are related to trade remedies.
