Vietnam complains to WTO about U.S fish tariffs
VTV.vn - According to the Trade Defense Department under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, Vietnam recently complained to WTO about anti-dumping measures imposed by the United States on Vietnam's exports of tra and basa fish.
These complaints are similar to the Vietnamese complaint against the US anti-dumping actions against Vietnam's shrimp exports, with the final determination coming out in favor of Vietnam. This is Vietnam's fourth complaint to the WTO and is the third one filed against the United States. All of these cases are related to trade remedies.
