By April 23rd 2018, Vietnam will have to fully implement all regulations given by the EU, in order for the yellow card penalty on seafood exports to be lifted. Drastic measures are being taken to raise people's awareness on illegal fishing. As a result, there has been a drastic change in the perception of fishermen in terms of responsible fishing.
