The two sides agreed to strengthen cooperation between the two legislative bodies in supervising and creating favorable legal conditions for investment cooperation projects.
The Vietnamese Vice President asked the Lao NA to consider creating the best possible conditions for the Vietnamese community to apply for Laos citizenship and permanent resident permits. The same day, she laid a wreath at the monument of unknown martyrs in Vientiane and visited the school for gifted and ethnic minority pupils, a present from the Vietnamese Government and a vocational training centre for women with disabilities.
