For this reason, a group by the name of "The communal house of a Viet village" has organized an event to bring these aspects back to life here in Hanoi.
This is the 2nd year that an event like Tet Viet has been held. In organizing such events, the "Communal House of a Viet Village" group hopes to not only bring life to the Tet traditions that have been forgotten but also to bring a wider knowledge of Tet to communities in and outside the country.
