This year's spring flower festival is titled “Ho Chi Minh city- Shining Endeavours'. The event features over 4000 plant ornaments from the country's most renowned gardeners and artisans. Special apricot blossoms, coconuts and tamarind trees are just some of items featured at the festival. Visitors get to experience the festive atmosphere and a lot of musical and lion dance performances.
The entry fee is only one dollar and fifty cents per person. Children under 12 get in for free. The Spring flower festival will continue until Feb 2nd or the 6th day of the Lunar New Year.
