Child-friendly justice aims to govern children's rights, status, and role in legal proceedings, so how courts interpret relevant child right convention provisions is particularly important. The implementation of child-friendly courts is an urgent need in Vietnam. So far, 2 courts have been piloted in two cities, Ho Chi Minh City and Dong Thap.
The implementation of child-friendly courts will make a remarkable change, so that children, whether victims or law offenders, will have the opportunity to reduce emotional trauma, to grow to into good citizens.
