The Moneyverse 2026: Three Central Region Representatives Advance to Quarter-finals

The National Casting Round for the Central region of The Moneyverse 2026 officially concluded after a series of intense competitions, determining the three outstanding teams advancing to the national quarter-finals.

This year’s competition carries the theme “BIGBANG DATA”.

Six universities from  the Central region participated in the National Casting Round, including: Duy Tan University, Mien Trung Construction University, Quy Nhon University, University of Economics  at the The University of Da Nang, University of Economics  at   Hue University, and Vietnam-Korea University of Information and Communication Technology  at the The University of Da Nang.

The thrilling contests fostered an energetic atmosphere in the arena. Doan Thi Tinh from Vietnam-Korea University expressed her joy in securing the final quarter-final spot. She   attributed   the achievement to her team’s efforts and thanked   the lecturers and organizers for providing a valuable financial competition.

Now in its third season, The Moneyverse 2026 has  grown  significantly, with 54 universities and academies nationwide joining in. The program aims to discover the “Money Master Star” while offering career opportunities at major enterprises and financial institutions, with total prizes worth up to VND 1 billion.

This year, the program  takes on the theme “BIGBANG DATA” with the message: “Creating a Generation of Young Vietnamese Financial Leaders: Awake - Civilized - Happy - Successful”. Beyond being a student competition, the program continues to position itself as a practical financial education model within universities.

The National Casting Round for the Central Region of The Moneyverse 2026.

According to the organizers, Season 3 will feature traditional rounds such as casting, quarter-finals, semi-finals, and finals, as well as large-scale economic forums and conferences in Hanoi, Da Nang, and Ho Chi Minh City. These activities aim to connect students with experts, businesses, and policymakers, helping young people  engage with  national-level economic and financial issues while developing more comprehensive financial thinking.

VTV Times hosts the  program  in collaboration with The Moneyverse  and with the support of numerous organizations, experts, and universities nationwide.

Following the Central region round, The Moneyverse 2026 will continue searching for the next outstanding quarter-finalists in the National Casting Round for Southern Vietnam.
