The Authentic Restaurant is a journey to find the most popular familiar eatery, not a talent show or game show to see who wins. The program takes the audience on an exciting adventure through the alleys and streets with accompanying guests to discover the secret of each eatery. The audience, guests and judges will vote in a "sympathy ranking" to determine the most popular authentic restaurant.
