According to the Sa Ky port management board, each day sees 80 tonnes of goods transported to and from the port to the island. With the recent unpredictable conditions of the sea, authorities of the island district are directing continuous shipping loads to ensure adequate goods for communities on the island. It is estimated that from now until Tet, 1,600 tonnes of goods will continue to be transported to the island.
